- Step 1 – Interested candidates (skilled workers) must secure valid job offer or employment offer letter along with copy of Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to the Canadian employer. These are compulsory documents.
- Step 2 – The eligible candidates (skilled workers) should submit visa application for Temporary Work Permit in High Commission of Canada after receiving LMIA (issued in the name of candidates) from Canadian employer.

Canada Work Visa Process – Assessment of Applications
